Since Customer Service is one of the most important things to Clayton Plumbing may I ask politely, why it is that they fail to respond to a potential new customer's e-mails, then followed up by a phone call???? Is business so good that they fail to respond to a new business opportunity???? I don't understand small business sometimes.
We had Lyle & Rob install our water softener, RO unit, dishwasher and do the plumbing for our basement washroom.

I have used Lyle and Rob for many years and they are always very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a new water softener in our home and just recently completed a new bathroom in my basement. I would never use another plumbing company!
