  Ended up buying 2 vehicles from Cindora after receiving such good customer service with my Dodge Dakota. I took my wife back a month later and we purchased another vehicle, Nissan Rogue, and traded in her vehicle. Prices are good (compare with other dealerships) and the quality is even better. This is not a sketchy place like most used car lots, that will give you a few hundred off the sale price. We tried to deal with a few of those in Hamilton where we are from. Cindora is a top quality used sales lot. We thought it was just the cars out front until we seen the lot in the back with a big selection of vehicles. They have helped us with any mechanical questions and concerns. They were professional and informative. We felt like they truly cared about us as customers. We hope to be doing business with Cindora for a long time and we will recommend to friends and family.

  Our company has been dealing with Cindora Auto Sales for several years without issue. They are honest and fair. What I find amazing is the quality of vehicle they are able to sell at low price points. Also the staff is amazing. No attitudes and a low pressure atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Great place to buy a reasonably priced car or truck.

  Customer service was good and friendly price for our car was fair. Two weeks after we bought our car service light came on took it in said they 'fixed' it came back to us wit everything shaking. Brought it back again said everything was fixed but it wasn't . We recently took it to a professional mechanic where they showed us under the car our muffler was split in half and connectors where rusted out. You would think they would have seen this. Will never go back just for that lie.$600 to fix everything properly.
  
  In response to the statement what loaner car are you referring too? We where never once offered a loaner car and my mother and father in law can let you know that since they where the ones driving us back and forth. You can not sit there and say you fixed our car to put on here that you never checked the underneath of our car or could not realize the problem is proof enough. I am not a mechanic we told you what we felt unbelievable.

  Staff were very friendly and outgoing! They actually took the time to explain some things I should look for when looking for a car (I don't know anything about cars). I have had my Honda a week and everything has been great. One minor repair that needs to be done but they are taking care of that for me. Would definitely recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience at Cindora. I needed to buy a car after a car accident. Dealing with insurance was an ordeal, and all I needed was a quick and easy buying process. Cindora did that and more. They gave me the car I wanted at a great price. They were able to work within my time frame and made the whole process as easy as possible.
