Having worked as a former staff member at the Centers for Health and Healing, I do believe that this establishment doesn't live up to its advertised standards. To begin, I'd like to acknowledge that the only redeeming aspect of this center is its exceptional staff, who exhibit genuine care for all the clients. However, when it comes to the members of the management team such as Holly Stewart and the intake coordinator Brett, the experience is quite the opposite and falls short of expectations. As for the owners Austin and Dylan Maggiacomo, could be doing a lot more for the benefit of the centre and their staff.

Brett consistently engages in dishonest practices to gain clients. I, myself can confirm that the pool has consistently been unavailable, and it's unlikely to change. Brett misinforms clients by claiming they have on-site doctors and massage therapists which far cry from the truth. He lures clients in with false promises, leaving counselors to clean up the mess he has created. The mental toll I endured while working here due to inadequate management made the measly $20 per hour pay range hardly worth it.

Additionally, Management turns a blind eye to clients repeatedly violating rules, including obtaining and using drugs within the center, creating an extremely dangerous environment for both staff and clients.

While I was employed at the centre the facility itself seemed to be poorly maintained. A lot of maintenance needs to be done on a regular basis, possibly having an on-site maintenance worker could benefit the Centre. Multiple times while working the septic tank overflowed into the house, leaving sewage residue in the basement, with no one taking responsibility for cleanup, all while expecting clients and staff to remain in the house. There was many other maintenance issues that impacted the treatment process for clients.

I had an outstanding payment of 40 hours of work dating back to April, and it's now September. Despite my attempts to address this issue with Holly, the management, I received no response. Finally, I contacted the owner, explaining that I hadn't received payment for the last six months. While the center eventually paid me, although has suggested he wasn't aware of the problem, even though I had reached out to their managing director, Holly Stewart, multiple times. It is quite evident that someone is not being honest.

Over the years, my family and I have sought the advice of several mental health professionals, experimenting with various approaches, procedures, and medicines. I can honestly state that our experience with Centres for Health & Healing has been really beneficial to us. I'd want to especially thank our kid's recovery coach practitioner, who has been an amazing source of direction and support to both our son and our family. Sincerest gratitude to the whole team!

After having the opportunity to interact with staff and clientele at Centres for Health & Healing I was quite taken by the positive atmosphere that was curated at the location. The grounds are lovely.

There are a number of negative reviews here that i believe are a bit unfair or unfounded. As individual experiences can of course have a cause for a wide degree of variance especially in a addiction treatment center.

For that reason, i think its important to look at the environment that Centres For Health & Healing curates less so than individual accounts. Even for myself I realize that though I had met pleasent people, i can't guarantee that is always the case.

To that end, I highly recommend Centres For Health And Healing as it is a wonderful facility, that is committed to helping people. They have put thought and care into how they can help those that come through their doors.

All I can say is CFHH has helped me tremendously through my journey. The staff here is very giving and gentle from the nurses to the counselors. They have an amazing psychotherapist who will stop at nothing to make sure your well being is taken care of. During my stay here I have learned discipline and determination for a better future and life overall. Plus the food is amazing. Once you come here there is no looking back, you come out a new person. Happy, healthy, and confident for a bright future.
