Our two puppies got the deworming and needles there. And we only asked the doctor a question about how to prevent ticks from the dogs,the doctor showed us a medicine and got some on my puppies neck, then also showed us a medicine about heart worm. We never told him we need these medicine and he also never asked us whether we want the medicine or tell us how much for the medicine.when we went to pay the bill. We found it costs our hundreds bucks. It seems they don't need to ask our opinion and just do it. (Nike here.)and they explained that We shouldn't let my dogs getting sickness, seems I should buy these medicine without my options? We asked for returning the medicine. They only return part of my amount because my puppies have gotten some on the neck. That is our experience in the animal hospital. Just FYR.

Our dog was hit by a car and the Dr. and his team were amazing, dog is back to 100% and can't even tell he was injured all because of the care they gave.

Dr Kaler and his staff are very kind and incredibly caring. We've been in to see Dr. Kaler many times and have never been disappointed with the care we receive. Truly an amazing team and I recommend him to everybody I know. Dr. Kaler and his team are very compassionate and every visit has been wonderful. Definitely worthy of 5 stars

We absolutely Love Dr. Kaler and his staff team at Central.Animal Hospital! We have a female great dane who had many comlications during the first year and a half of us owning herWe have tried several different vets until we found Dr. Kaler. He is so compassionate and caring. He really knows his stuff and has helped bring her to the best health she could possibly be in, no matter what the issue was! I would never take her to anyone else. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Kaler, he is our favorite and by far the best Veterinarian in windsor hands down!! Dr. Kaler, Thank you for all that you do and all that you have done for our Big Fur Baby Storm!!

Dr. Kaler is an amazing veterinary doctor and his team at Central Animal Hospital are wonderful. They provide excellent care to my cat and understand how to deal with distraught pet owners when our sweet animals are not well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!
