Owner/Chef Jesse Waters assumed management in May, and with his team of Amanda McCormick and Devin Janzen, strives to provide fine cuisine, using an imaginative variety of local products. There is a large organic garden on site, allowing the menu to evolve continuously as the season progresses. The fine dining style is based on Jesse’s experiences gained from more than a decade as chef in restaurants from Quebec to Western Canada.

Attention to quality and freshness also extends to beverages. Juices are pressed to order and innovative sodas are available. A house specialty is a smoked Manhattan cocktail. Classics are prepared from scratch – no mixes are used; ice is chipped from frozen mountain spring water. Some of the greatest wines from small BC wineries, including Laughing Stock, Nichol Vineyard and 8th Generation, are featured at very reasonable prices.
