  I had borrowed $400 from this firm. I elected to pay at the branch. I had injured my knee and had requested an e-transfer email on several occasions from my credit rep. She never returned my call. Sent nasty texts and phone messages. Now I find out they took me to court in Edmonton without any notice/service of documents or court trial dates. Of course there was an exparte justment against me which resulted in a garnishment of my wages. I have been trying to reach out to Aswath G to obtain ALL the documents and he/she refuses. This has caused me severe financial hardship but still absolutely NO cooperation from this person who claims to be Cashco's Legal Associate. As a member of the bar, is this person not obligated to follow proper court proceedures??? I WANT THIS FOLLOWED UP!!!
