Edgar was amazing , responsive, punctual and very knowledgeable. After describing my problem, he was able to diagnose the issue I was having, order the new motor and repair my dryer all in the same day! Etgar arrived to diagnose our non-working microwave. Upon arriving at our house, he put on booties so as to not track dirt in, something my wife and I appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the microwave. He explained what he was doing every step. I certainly would recommend Etgar for any repair, and we will be using him in the future for any appliance repair. He was very knowledgeable and personable; thank you Etgar for a job well done.

Highly recommend CAS Repair and Installation. We called them to fix our washing machine. Specifically, our washing machine stopped mid cycle and would not drain. They came and diagnosed the issue the same day in a span of 40 minutes and were extremely professional. What we appreciated was also the care and compassion in the work. They gave helpful tips and tricks to keep in mind, in order to keep our appliance 'life time' longer. Thank you!

Calling CAS was the best decision. From the moment I spoke with Edgar I found that I was dealing with an experienced, knowledgeable and responsive individual.
The repairs were done very quickly while explaining whatvwas needed, how he would fix it, and also hiw I could maintain my appliance in excellent condition.
