  If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, then you have come to the right place to feel at home! Upon walking in, each staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming and ensured I was comfortable by using my preferred name straight from the get go.
  
  My dental hygienist kept checking on me throughout the cleaning and would allow me breaks often so that my mouth didn't get sore (TMJ). She would take the time to explain to me every step that she was taking so that I wasn't surprised by a certain poke or jab.
  
  The dentist (Dr. Tang) is super friendly and took the time to go over x-rays so that I understood what it was showing.
  
  When you complete your appointment, you not only get a goody bag, but you also get a folder with information about the healthiness of your teeth and gums. Included are also care suggestions to upkeep your dental health - very informative and helpful!
  
  I came in for the toothbrush promotion but ended up finding a home practice

  Quality of Service or Product: I had an excellent teeth cleaning experience, marked by minimal discomfort and exceptional service. The dental procedure was thorough, leaving me feeling confident in my dental health. (+1 star)
  
  Customer Service: I was taken aback by the exceptional customer service I received. The dentist spent a significant amount of time explaining the reasons behind my receding gums - a level of attention I had not experienced before. Both the receptionist and hygienist were friendly and efficient, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. The seamless billing process was an added convenience. (+1 star)
  
  Atmosphere/Environment: The clinic felt new, clean, and professionally managed, creating a low-stress environment that put me at ease. It was clear that maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for patients is a priority here. (+1 star)
  
  Price/Value: Although my insurance covered this visit, I was impressed with the service enough that I believe it would be worth the out-of-pocket expense. (+1 star)
  
  Safety Measures: Carrington Dental is a safety-conscious clinic, evident from its clean and well-maintained premises. There were no apparent safety hazards such as wet floors, unsecured storage, or exposed chemicals. The outdoor entrance was well-maintained, free of potholes, making for a safe approach. (+1 star)

  Best Dental Clinic I have attended in years. Very courteous, personable and friendly staff. Dr Tang is highly professional and personable. He took his time to explain my x-ray result and treatment plan. I highly recommend this Dental clinic.

  Excellent dental clinic. Highly recommended. Very clean and professional office. A very nice experience from beginning to end. Staff are friendly with great attentions to details. Dr Tang took the time to explain every procedure he was doing.

  I cannot praise Dr. Tang enough for his exceptional work in resolving my long-standing discomfort caused by sensitive gums and lower jaw pain as well as a recently broken bridge. Thanks to Dr. Tang, I can now enjoy eating again without any discomfort. The clinic itself provided a comfortable environment, while the friendly staff made a visit to the dentist a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to all friends and family.
