  My first experience with Capit today for a commercial service topper. I had a special scenario being that I needed the topper and it needed to fit into my yearend budget cutoff date (Sept 01). They were extremely flexible and helpful. I had a lot of questions and the staff helped to answer them and or would get back to me promptly. Highly recommend Vaughn when it comes to buissness accounts. He knows his stuff, professional and has a good sense of humour. Overall, they went above and beyond. Do NOT hesitate to go in if your looking for something specific! Believe it or not, they have everything for your truck, camping and so much more. Top notch gents. Top notch!

  I bought a used canopy on Kijiji. The rear gate on the canopy didn't latch properly, I was planning a summer road trip and needed it fixed before the trip. My wife dropped the truck off, they drove her home and stayed late one evening to get the job done. My first experience with them and it couldn't have been better.

  Highly recommend going here for anything truck,car & s.u.v wise the staff put you're needs ahead of theirs and will take their time helping you find the perfect fitting part or add on for your vehicle. They will cater to your needs and that's hard to find. Go to this store you won't regret it!

  The staff is cordial and well informed
  I was quoted a price and since it took less time than expected they gave me a cheaper rate
  The show room is spectacular
  I will be returning
  
  Today they called me to make sure I was satisfied with the parts and service I received.
  I don't ever recall getting a call from other businesses asking me if I was satisfied
  I am very impressed with their follow up and interest in making me a happy returning customer. Definitely recommend them

  Phillip and his crew did a bang up job on our canopy. After purchasing our new canopy from a competitor, who did a poor job with the installation, Cap-It Big Steel without booking an appointment took us in right away to fix the mistakes. The job was completed for less than the estimated time and cost. As a business, service like this is important to us. We highly recommend Cap-It Big Steel to other companies looking at a truck canopy.
