  Visited in the evening and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Steaks were great. Service staff seemed to be in automatic when asked about our steak I replied it was a little undercooked but okay. The response was “excellent”. Overall great place.

  Recently went to Canyon Creek and the food surpassed my expectations. Fried calamari was not over cooked like most places. My steak was also cooked perfectly and the flavors were great! Staff was friendly and service was professional and quick.
  Sometimes some odd choices of music during dinner, but all in all a good experience

  Came here about a month ago with my husband. It was our first visit but definitely not our last! Everything was delicious! Atmosphere was nice as well, although I wished they weren't playing today's hits, I think some easy listening or something softer would have been nicer to set the tone better. But the food was absolutely perfect and our server was friendly, accommodating and great about checking up on us. We'll be back!

  I went here with my family to celebrate mother's day. I used the OpenTable app to reserve a table. When we got there the staff took us to our table right away. The food here was delicious. The staff were nice and the atmosphere is nice. The only negative thing to say is that the salmon portion was a bit small, but it was the best salmon my mom has ever tasted. We will definitely dine here again.

  First time here and it was very good. Great service and the steak was fantastic. Only criticism would be that when you order a steak most places it comes with 2 sides, where as here it only comes with one. But the steak itself was one of the best I have had

  Always an excellent lunch or dinner spot to go to after a movie.
  
  Food tastes great, and the service is AAA. Ask for Peter or Christina - great service from these two!

  Very nice restaurant except the outdoor furniture rocks and is a bit uncomfortable to sit on.
  
  Amazing Prime Rib steak, love their skinny fries, Prime Rib soup and fish tacos. Would definitely recommend this place as a steak house to try.
  
  The location at Airport Road Dixon area is not as good as this one. Lower quality of food.

  I went to this location recently with a group of people and I must say I am quite disappointed with the good. I don't know what has happened but the quality has gone down. I ordered the prime rib as I normally do and it lacked so much flavour. I remember the first time I tried their steak I thought it was one of the best steaks I've ever had and now I don't even know what to say other than being disappointed. The Kansas Steak Soup was so salty and tasted like it came from a can of Campbell soup than freshly made soup with real pieces of Prime Rib steak. I'm just terribly disappointed with the quality and doubt I will return as others have also pointed out how great the first couple experiences were and then downhill after that. I'll most likely stick to The Keg.
  
  The only positives for me were how tasty and crispy the skinny fries were and how friendly and helpful the waiter was.

  I always come here for the amazing service, I would love it if they put the porkchop wrapped with bacon back on menu! (Used to be my favourite)
  Wait staff does a great job, my seat isn't sticky it's wiped down and ready.

  We originally sat in the bar and we were told Katie we would be taking care of us. A few minutes went by and Katie was still behind the bar. Another staff came by to greet us. She told us the drink special but didn't offer to get us a drink. She came back a few minutes later and dropped off water. Again didn't offer to take our drink order. Katie then went to talk to the table beside ours. Didn't come over to us. And went back behind the bar to chat. 10+ minutes have now gone by. We went back to the host stand and got a table in the dining room. Lauren served us and she was lovely. She checked in on us and was so pleasant. Definitely turned the night around. It was disappointing as there were only three tables in the bar area and a couple staff members behind the bar chatting. Felt like they really didn't care about the diners experience. I couldn't find an excuse for Katie not greeting us or acknowledging us.

  Had dinner here on a Sunday night with a large group for a celebratory dinner. It's been a while since I've visited this location and I was surprised how quiet it was on a Sunday at 6pm.
  
  Our party was promptly seated on arrival and the servers were helpful in getting extra chairs for our two infant car seats. Water was brought to the table immediately after. Overall service was good, could be more attentive in refilling water during dinner but still deserved the two stars.
  
  The 3 stars were lost due to the quality of food. No one in our party of 13 enjoyed our dinner. The quality of the prime rib was awful. Tough and full of fat veins making it hard to cut and chew. Additionally the portions were not consistent. I understand you don't exactly weigh every cut to check it's 10/8 oz, but when two 10 oz looks significantly different in size, that's a huge problem.
  
  Don't think we will return.
