From the moment I hit the front desk the staff were curtious, professional and full of smiles. Our room was really lovely and immaculately clean. The price was a little higher than we had been paying but no complaints on that. Only one thing troubles me, not unique to Canadian, is charges on our pets. Make the charge, assess the room after we leave and then justify the charge. Just a suggestion! Thank you to all staff at Canadian for our lovely room and their outstanding service.

Nice rooms. Unique shower stall. Pet friendly with great staff. First room was non smoking but had clearly been smoked in recently. Staff moved us right away and gave us a slight larger room in exchange. Second room might have been smoked in but had been cleaned at some point. Overall great experience!

It looked scabby when we pulled in, then our $120 room turned into $140 which we decided not to complain over because it was a pet friendly room.
Upon entering the room, you are hit with an extremely musty smell and furniture from the 1980's. The microwave and fridge seem to work, but we didn't actually use them. I inspected the bed and baseboards for bed bugs and all was fine, so we brought our luggage in.
The bathroom seemed clean, until pulling back the shower curtain and finding what appeared to be about 6 fruit flies, which hovered around the drain. We advised the front desk and it was apparent they were already aware of the issue.
Overall, the room was extremely underwhelming and not worth $140 but it would be perfect for the avid scientologist or 6yr old bug enthusiast.response / report this review -

Had to stop in North Battleford to get some shut eye, and this place was perfect. I was surprised that a motel was so clean. The huge bonus was the staff being super welcoming. They offered me cookies and two complimentary water bottles. I definitely recommend it to those who need to make a quick stop in North Battleford.

Made a family trip to Battleford and needed a place to stay. We chose this motel after seeing it was ranked 2 in town.
The staff were friendly and provided me some good dinner options in town. We just ended up going to Humptey's restaurant right beside the motel.
The rooms were quite nice and we were glad to see the wifi was free and fast. The free breakfast was okay, nothing too amazing. The lobby is beautiful and the view from the patio is amazing. The motel is located on the top of the hill by the highway #16

So I was tired from driving decided to check into this place on the basis of 4 stars. So I checked in and went to my room. And surprise there's bugs in the sink. Bed bugs? Idk didn't wanna risk it. I googled bed bugs and it looked close enough. So I went back to the main office and tried to get a refund after I told him my grievance. The individual at the front desk refused to refund me saying he didn't know if I used the washroom or whatever​. I was in there for less than 10 minutes and he refused to go look at the room. He refused to get a hold of the manager citing it was too late and it was 10:30 pm. So now I'm out the money.

First I was hesitate to stay here for overnight as I had unpleasant experience few years. I was surprised. It appeared as the ownership has changed and they renovated the place into more modern style. I loved the mattress and the coffee machine. I will definitely come back here on return trip!

We stopped here at 1.00am while passing through. We were transporting a boat from Winnipeg to Edmonton and needed a place to rest. We also needed a place that was safe for the boat as it had many items that could be stolen . We were pleased to see how many cameras overlooked the parking lot.
The staff were more than willing to help out with watching the boat when we slept. The rooms were very clean and well arranged . I highly recommend this motel for anyone.response / report this review
