  Very poor customer service. I went in one day with a small package and paid $1.80 for it to ship lettermail. Today I went in with the exact same item in the exact same envelope and was told they wanted $14.50. When I explained to her why this didn't make sense, she said "oh well that was another employee, I don't think it will fit so I'm charging you regular shipping". Who would pay 10 times as much for something just because you refused to see if it would fit?

  Online hours said open until 9, went at 845, was told (very rudely) they close at 845. A week later I went at 835, after waiting 5 minutes was told they close at 830. They're excuse? The online hours for all the post offices are wrong.... Come on you guys, get you poop in a group!

  Their delivery driver constantly fails to deliver my packages on time. According to tracking they sit on the truck for a few days before getting delivered to my house. They also fail to answer their phones as well as close early.

  Continually closing earlier than posted hours. For instance, Canada Post's site claims be open until 9pm today. Walked in at 8:40pm, everything turned off and no one in kiosk. Having been there before at the same time and its was open, this is kind of closing whenever is frustrating.
  Then again, this is Grande Prairie so its not out of the norm for people to think business is about the employees and not the customers.

  Only opened on Saturdays noon to 4 pm which sucks. I called on Sunday and no one answered, so I take it closed.
