I have gone to this location multiple times. We have done everything from xrays, ultrasounds for our kids, to cortisone injections. Every time, EVERY time, we have gone here we have had a great experience. If you are grumpy or mad at the world, please don't gum up the line and give these people a hard time. The negative reviews of this group are from people in that category. Go somewhere else. But if you've got a smile on your face and willing to be thankful that these people are doing the best they can then go here. And don't forget to say please and thank you!

I had an appointment for my teenager's scan. I went there expecting a typical "Hospital" like environment which was not the case to my surprise! The nice lady at the front desk had a warm and welcoming smile (surprise again!!) and helped putting a very nervous kid at ease within first few minutes. Extremely professional and very empathetic. Kudos to the Team and Thank you!!

I am happy to say that my last three appointments have been quick, easy and thorough. I have had very little wait time on all occasions. The clinic is clean. And, the technicians are always comforting and professional. I am pleased to have a clinic like this in Okotoks as I know a drive to Calgary would not be convenient.

Very pleased with whole experience both times visiting the clinic over the past few months. Pleasant staff and informative. Right from the reception to the Technicians was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely disgusted with the horrific customer service provided by the front desk staff, and our ultrasound tech. Went with my husband for my 20 week ultrasound with our first baby and got treated terribly. This place needs to clean house!

Very disappointed with the "profressionalism" in this building. rude technician. Rude manager. Patients should be made to feel comfortable. I do not suggest anyone goes to these "technicians" this is our second time going there and we will NEVER go there again.

Stopped in there 5 times and always a 40min wait even when no one in waiting rm. Got to wonder. Reception was pretty depressing. I would rather stand in front of my microwave with the door open, then go there again. Worth the drive to Calgary.
