  I cannot recommend Calgary Air enough. I sent out numerous requests for quotes, and Calgary Air had my new AC unit installed before other companies had even responded to me. Communication with Chris was fantastic from start to finish. He made honest recommendations and even suggested a cheaper unit after calculating the square footage of my home.
  
  There was also some problems with the rough in completed by my builder which was fixed by Calgary Air at no cost to me.
  
  The crew arrived on time and was courteous. They took great care to protect my home/floor when completing the installation. I highly suggest you look to Calgary Air for your next AC installation.

  Experienced, skillful, responsive, prompt, honest, kind I'm so glad that we found Calgary Air Heating And Cooling Ltd and will be using them in the future and recommending to friends and family. Chris came out within an hour of our call. He was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the issue thoroughly and skillfully. He got a replacement part and replaced it within an hour. He then cleaned and replaced some other parts (free of charge) "because they need it and I'm in here already". The furnace now works like a warm breeze =). Based on our experience, Chis is a trustworthy professional. [Aside: This was a completely opposite experience from a different company that we called earlier: they took days to come, would have charged double what Chris did to replace a part that "may or may not fix the problem", and recommended that we completely replace our (9 year old & otherwise fine) furnace]. Thank you Chris!

  The motor on my furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the winter. I called one of the big Calgary HVAC companies who told me their earliest service appointment would be more than 2 weeks away, which was not exactly practical. I then called Chris, the owner of Calgary Air, and he was able to fit me in to his schedule and he arrived within 2 hours of my call. He quickly replaced the motor and was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family and would use his services again without hesitation.

  Calgary Air Heating and Cooling came to our rescue on New Year's Day when we couldn't get our furnace to work, where several other companies were closed or too busy. Within two hours, our furnace was working and heat was restored in the house, with all our questions answered. We were also given the heads-up that our furnace would be on its way out soon and given some points to think about to be prepared when the time comes to replace. Thank you so much for the quick response, professional and reasonably-priced service and all-around great experience. We will definitely be looking at Calgary Air Heating and Cooling first at the next time we need assistance!

  We used Calgary Air to add an Honeywell F100 4" filter for our furnace. We discussed a couple options with Chris (F100 and F300) and decided to go with the F100. Chris reinforced the decision as a very reasonable one and stated how this low cost upgrade could save thousands given that 1" filter can cause heat build-up within a furnace / AC which can reduce life. Finally, Calgary Air booked a convenient time, show up on time and finished the job exactly as planned. A perfect customer experience.
