Nadia calls from the Beaches in Toronto branch to leave me Vm to call back. I called back and she yelled at me a bit. Fun times. Just need my bank draft processed.

Assistance bank manager was the least understanding ever seemed to be in a rush to go home. We have a business account with them for the past 4 years and she didnt even care to understand that small businesses have a harder time getting out to the branch. I was late 1 min to pay my HST as today was the due date and she didnt want to help in any way even though there were 3 other ppl in line. I was plannin on voming earlier but its bot easy running a business . THEY DO NOT CARE FOR OR WAntTO HELP SMALL BUSINESS. GOING TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER BANK TO TRANSFER TO!!!!! u guys lost urself a business account and you can thank your assistant bank manager for that.

horrible service, reception sends individuals to similar culture/personnel/empoyees - discriminating, person did not know what he was talking about. seems like they have hired foreign workers to save money, waste of my time and employee. won't go back. was sent to 2 people and both took their time helping out, 1 hr, looked like they had no prior experience with helping with my issue. waste of my time and theirs. they should know their stuff by now, how were they hired? one looked like a recent immigrant who has replaced an experienced CIBC employee. this is happening at all banks. to save money we the clients are guinea pigs while these recently hired employees learn on the job, dealing with our investments. most make mistakes and waste time finding stuff on the COINS systems that CIBC has not updated for the last 25 years. Hire the right people, or still better have continuous training for the employees so they know what they are talking about.
