  Knew of this dealership for a while, after entering the auto industry myself in my career I got a brief chance to work with the people that work here. I saw honest salespersons, honest service members and a small but effective team running a family owned dealership efficiently. I saw repeat customers and with the way that I was treated there despite being in THE most entry level position, I soon knew why they're respected. When I go buy a new vehicle, I know where it will be.

  My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer in April of this year. Our sales person was good, we discussed with him what we were looking for and he listened. He insured we received a lot of discounts on our vehicle. We ordered our vehicle with rails that go from one side of the vehicle to the other so that we could put our kayak on top of the SUV with J hooks. This was at an additional expense to us, but thought it was a great idea.Our sales person was aware of what our intentions were and did not say there could possibly be an issue. The first time we put the kayak on the roof using the J hook. The J hook bent the front bar, now I am stuck with a bar I can not use and Brock Ford and Ford Canada not standing behind the product. So much for warranties and customer satisfaction, So if you are considering buying a vehicle do NOT waste your money on these bars.

  Worked with Artie (best sales guy ever) and he was super patient with me even after continually changing my mind on features and interior options. After it was all said and done I was still able to accept delivery within a few days. Best Ford dealership I've dealt with. It was worth my time driving here from out of town. He's also great with kids if you need to bring them along like I did.

  I just bought a new Ford Fiesta at Brock Ford which I am delighted with. This whole process was enjoyable thanks to Artie Schuchard. Artie is extremely likeable, genuine and personable and made me feel comfortable right from "hello". He is very knowledgeable and it's evident that he believes in his product. He answered all of my questions, including a couple of tough ones and established trust with me quickly. There was absolutely no pressure.
  And...he wasn't done when I picked up the car. He patiently explained all of my cars features and the many functions of the navigation system, etc. Artie also let me know that he would be happy to help if I had any questions later. Just a really great experience with a really nice person. Thank you, Artie!

  My wife and I purchased a new F250 King Ranch through the help of Artie.
  Artie was very honest and spent lots of time with us until we got what we wanted in our new truck. He is extremely helpful in this business and knows his vehicles. My mother -in-law and I then bought a new Fiesta and again had the great pleasure of having Artie organize that purchase as well. I will be going to Artie once again at the end of this year to purchase my MKZ.
  Artie is by far one of the best salespersons I have had the desire to deal with in the past 25 years. Ford is more then lucky to have Artie working for them in sales as well as Ford making such great vehicles.

  I recently purchased a lightly used Lincoln from Brock Ford Lincoln. Gavin Parravicino assisted me with the purchase and was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and walked me through the purchase process. Gavin's professionalism took all of the stress out of buying my car.

  I have been dealing with Brock Ford since 2004. I always bring my vehicles back to Brock because of the 1st class service I receive. I wanted to have my F150 FX4 serviced before we went out of town but realized I'd left it very late due to the Easter weekend. Tina said she would squeeze me in if I could be there at 7 the next morning. Well, with almost 80,000 km on the truck it turned out to need brakes as well as the service. Keith on the service counter looked after me very well as always and the job was completed by about 10:30. I have been to many dealerships over the years but have never found one so willing to accommodate their customers the way Brock does. The work is always completed fast, on budget, and always a first class job. Thanks to all the service and parts staff who look after me so well.
