Great service!! , HD dump trailer broke down loaded with gravel and they were able to help me out and tow it to the garage. Very professional and Price was way less then expected. Would highly recommend!

Very rude. I went there to go get my stuff from my car because I had an accident and my car was in their lot. I went in there and I tried to explain them what happened and my car was there but they weren’t happy when I came to pick up my stuff from my car. And they were like you don’t take anything out of the car except for you registration. I was there to pick up something else but they asked me to just get the registration and that’s all.

Lol where do I start.

Needed gas in a new car. Lady first told me 50 bucks gas included, it then jumped to 65 gas included. Waited 1.5 hours at least for a snot nosed driver to show up and state I owed 85 plus gas plus tax. Hr had a giant knife in his driver side door, clearly gave him all the confidence he needed to be ignorant and entitled.

To the day I die, I'll forever tell everyone to never use this company.

My car recently broke down and I contacted Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance for a tow. Boyuk Towing arrived on scene to help and the service was incredible. I called for a tow at 3:51 PM and by 4:21 PM my car was on the flat bed and we were heading on our way. Our driver, Sukha, was extremely kind and knowledgable. He even agreed to drop my friend off at home, prior to bringing my car to the mechanics. I highly recommend Boyuk Towing and I thank them for their wonderful services they provide!! :)

My car was hooked up incorrectly by the driver. My rear coil spring was ripped out and my suspension ruined. The parts that I need are on back order with no ETA. This kind of damage isn't possible when my car was hit in the front. I would recommend going elsewhere where they know what they are doing. There wasn't an option of choosing 0 stars. This place is garbage.
