  I ordered a very basic meal for pick up and they ruined my order. Turned me off for my entire night. Pathetic.

  The lady serving us could be bit courteous and pleasant. We had a team dinner there and she was very uptight and tried to be pleasant but failed ! Service is slow ! Food was good. I had chicken Parmesan. Pasta was very basic. We had a strand of hair in someone’s food too. Yeh only reaction we got from her was “oh sorry” ! So it’s just ok

  I have visited this place a lot of times. Such an good place. Food is always amazing. The only problem is customer service, waiters are not friendly always.

  Spacious and comfortable seating. Attentive waitress. Went for lunch. Pizza was tasty but a bit over priced. Dry chicken breast on salad.

  I went with my friends yesterday and there was a hostess right in front (girl with red hair). She was on the phone while we walked in, but she made no effort to acknowledge our presence and continued to talk on the phone while no one else came to help us for a good 5 minutes. This was at around 6.30pm on a Tuesday evening therefore it was not that busy. Finally, who I believe was the Manager of the store, came and welcomed us, which I think was one of the most unenthusiastic welcome I have ever received from a restaurant. No smile, no energy, it was almost felt like you are here it is more of an obligation to get you seated kinda vibe. There were multiple booths available but they weren't cleaned when we walked in so we were provided with a normal four person sitting area. Ordered the French Onion soup which I felt was average in taste but the presentation was poor. Almost amateurish. My friends ordered the Veg and the Bacon burghers and they were decent. There was something lacking in the overall experience at this location. I have been there before, probably during previous management and it was a much more of a pleasant experience and vibe, which is missing now. Not what I expect from a brand like Boston Pizza and likely won't visit any time soon.

  Food here is good but what sets this place apart is that they have a really awesome magician that comes in on Fridays and Saturdays and really entertains by going table to table and wowing customers. He came by our table twice and did some awesome magician tricks.

  Decent spot and the waitresses are extremely friendly! The place is hit and miss - sometimes it is really busy (when there was a UFC pay per view, there was a minimum 45 minute wait to even get in and it was completely packed) but other times it is pretty dead. Food and drinks are always good here! Personally not a fan of the cactus cut nachos, though.

  Was there with my family and ordered Thai bites. I like them well done and a bit crispy, but they were brought out under cooked. I asked to have them well done. I then saw and heard a heated exchange between the cook and our server, with a manager intervening. Another order of bites came out and was exactly the same. I asked if they were well done and was told they were - they were not...I ate 2 of them. What they don't know is that I've ordered that meal many many times, and have had them much better cooked. When I told the manager, his response was "you want me to burn them?"....I was less than impressed. Given that I spend at least 200 dollars a week here and take my clients here, I would expect much better service.

  Fantastic place, family and personal favourite, amazingly tasty foods, service is always friendly!
  Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but the deliciousness of the foods are well worth it! Pizzas, pastas, burgers and salads, it sounds plain and normal, but Boston Pizza gives you quality and unique [optional] twists that are well worth the price!
  The Mediterranean Pizza is an all time favourite for many people, including me! Desserts are also splendid and a feature of interest in their own! The "Panookie", a giant cookie with ice cream (lightly drizzled with chocolate syrup), and the cheesecake are definitely worth getting and considerably cheap too!
