I have been shopping here for 2 years and my experiences have been great up until today. I walked in and there were 5 employees in the front of store but all were too busy to greet or ask me if I needed help (which I did to get a case of cat food from the top). After waiting in the line up to get help I was paying for my product then realizing the box wouldn’t fit in my gym bag without taking the cans out (which I have done before without issue) a male employee came up and was extremely rude and gave me attitude because apparently I’m not supposed to remove the cans from the box even though I’ve been told before it was fine and that they recycle the box. I didn’t see the big issue and he called me out loudly in front of other customers and employees making me feel uncomfortable and anxious then turned around and walked away before I could even say anything back. Very poor customer service I believe this employee is a manager too I see him there often.
Good service. They have rescue animals available for adoption that get very loved and socialized properly.
Well this is a first, they don't accept cash payments. Due to too many fraudulent bills. This is part of doing business, invest in counter feight bill detector. Ridiculous. Won't be buying my dog food here anymore, way to lose yourself a long time loyal customer.
The staff here have cultivated such a welcoming atmosphere. Sometimes we stop by to say hello to the animal residents here. Be careful of the grumpy rabbit...
