  My son just went in for 3 fillings a tooth extraction. $1630.00, I just called 3 other dentists, they say it should have cost less then $700.00. My insurance only covered $439.00, they say he is gouging. I am really upset as it seems I have no recourse.
  
  These guys are crooks, it should be considered gouging. I called to see if the bill was right. They dont care and basically said I could take it or leave it.
  Do not use Bonaventure Dental!!!

  After going to these guys for oh, 15 years or so, I have had enough. I get treated better at McDonalds. The front end staff have no clue, they are rude and driving clients away. I should of left years ago when the work that was getting done kept failing. There are new owners now. The work I have had done since by Craig seems to be great but he does not work out of there. They just bring him in as root canal and for extractions. actually I really like him but it is all the other staff that should go back common sense 101 school. Never, in all the years I have been going has there been a time I did not pay my bill. Then to get a notice of collection and immediate payment demand put me over the top. Not sent to the right address and to make matters worse. I called them from my accountants office to get a statement of what I had done and paid at least a couple weeks previous and these charges were not mentioned of the amount not paid by insurance. Explained it to them but it was just give us our money, boo hoo pay us or go to collections we are running a business here. I paid it promptly once I knew the charge was there. Good luck getting any more business out of me. Do not like or trust this group anymore. I would go to wherever this Craig guy works out of, he seems really good. But Bonaventure. No Way.
