  We worked with BlueKey to purchase our first home while we were living in another province and preparing to move to the Newfoundland. The office staff worked well together to support us. Martin is genuinely kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He helped and guided us from the beginning to end.   When we decided it was time to move to our forever home, we contacted Martin and it was like we have known each other our entire lives. He made buying and selling a breeze. He was so genuinely kind and made such a great impression. It was honestly the smoothest transaction I could ever imagine after a not so pleasant experience in the past. I highly recommend him and his team for the best experience you can ever imagine having.

  We worked with Martin a few years ago to buy our first home. He was caring, funny and he was really patient with us and never rushed us into buying and always had our best interests in mind. It took us almost a year to find our dream house, but thanks to Martin we've been livin in our dream house since 2018. I recommend BlueKey 100% and will work with them if I want to buy/sell a house.

  We worked with BlueKey to purchase our first home under some very stressful and trying circumstances, which started while we were living out of province and preparing to move back to the island. We simultaneously worked with them to also sell my in-laws house as they were due to move into our in-law apartment, which came with a very specific list of requirements. We had many financial hurdles as a result of the pandemic, and delicate timing issues with the buying and selling process but our agent was patient and understanding. The office staff worked well together to support us at different times to work around our chaotic schedules. We took advantage of the Mortgage Alliance/Shoreline Mortgages brokerage services offered by BlueKey and were able to lock in an amazing rate, and were professionally guided through both the buying and selling process. We couldn't have done it without them and have recommended them since to friends and family.
