Great ambience, Fantastic service, and Excellent wine selections. I particularly enjoyed the decor as it included the spectacular sculpture “Surrealist Angel” by Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol’s “Cow”, Mr. Brainwash’s quintessential “Life is Beautiful” and “Purple Reign”. I also love the idea of beautiful unique designed decanters. The aromatic truffle oil for the bread was luscious. Five of us ordered several appetizers to share. Prime Steak Tartare in bone marrow canoe, very tasty. Seared Marieville Foie Gras, disappointingly overcooked, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was delicious and Castle Kale salad was hard to go wrong. We shared a medium rare castle dry aged 35 days Tomahawk Steak that was cooked to perfection. For dessert I would recommend the Earl Grey Creme Brûlée or Baked Alaska - best I’ve had in Toronto. To top it off, the table side demo was fantastic. I enjoyed my dining experience at BlueBlood. It gives me a sense of the aesthetics and delicacy, top notch service. Quality of food was fantastic. This is truly a gem in Toronto.

Everything was great however it's obvious that they're still relatively new and there's a few things that they need to fine tweak here and there, especially when it comes to the service and attention to details.

Came here with family to celebrate my birthday on March 11. Chris our server and his team was great, very attentive especially when our water was getting low they came and filled up straight away. Chris was very good at suggesting what would be good for us to order and share, even suggested that he can ask the seafood chef's to to make the seafood tower enough for 6 people rather than for 4. The porterhouse and tomahawk steak was very flavorful, cooked exactly how we requested. Very nice steakhouse and very good service would recommend to anyone asking for a highend steakhouse to dine at.

Lovely ladies night for a birthday! Had a great table, food was amazing and our server, Jordan, didn’t hesitate to give suggestions and help us with our choices anywhere from wine to food. Vito, another server, visited our table to make sure we were enjoying everything. Missed the managers name but he was also quite friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly suggest the restaurant from food, to ambience, to their amazing wine list (including pictures of bottles and descriptions). We were seated immediately upon arrival, not rushed at all through our courses.. apps, mains and desserts were perfectly timed, giving sufficient amount of time to enjoy and digest before moving to our next spectacular course! The venue it’s self is stunning. We look forward to coming back, the experience as a whole was well worth the drive and the price.

We had the seafood tower, Caesar salads, ribeye steak, 2 wagyu filet centre cuts (one with goat cheese brûléed on top), the mushroom sauce and peppercorn sauce, 3 sides (broccolini, Gorgonzola gnocchi, and truffle mash), earl grey creme brûlée, and the wine was a brunello (donatella cinelli Columbini).

Thanks to all the staff at BlueBloods for making our night exactly what we were looking for and then some!

Ambience was top notch, service was great, but food was mediocre and prices were obscene. Though the plating was decent, the taste was lacking (on all dishes). Seafood was served cold, was over cooked with with tasteless sauces, Caesar salad was anchovy heavy (read tasted like dead fish) and lacking in salt or dressing, steak was underseasoned and not as tender or flavourful as we would have expected, duck fat French fries were too thick, not crispy, barely seasoned and essentially big chunks of undercooked, starchy potatoes. The only decent side was the carmelized onions with bacon, but at $16 for a 1/3 cup of onions, I wouldn’t bother. Our bill amounted to $650 for 2 ppl with one of the cheaper wines on the list! We left feeling rather disgusted with ourselves that there are people going hungry on the streets of Toronto while we spent a fortune on a not-so-great meal. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

The scallops in the ceviche app were giant, paired with a delightful mango jel. The Wagyu carpaccio was cured perfectly and melts in the mouth!

The experience to dine in a historic Canadian castle was quite overwhelming. The minute you arrive your taken over with the sense of enchantment. Upon entering through the front door you’re greeted by a polite enthusiastic hostess. Your lead through the amazing dinning rooms filled with trendy eye catching decor. We had no reservations but was shown the beautiful bar where we could wet the palette with a abundant selection of fine spirits. After short wait and engaging conversation the hostess let us know a table had opened up. We were seated had to pleasure to feast on a lovely 35 day dried Canadian prime steak, a companied by mouth watering black truffle garlic mash potatoes, delicious lobster Mac and cheese. The server was kind funny and helpful with a stake choice to suit or taste. As we left we were bid farewell in the same classy respectful manner as we had came.

All in all it was a wonderful experience and night to remember, the ambiance a companied by my beautiful woman made this a night to remember for a life time.

I would like to thank the staff of Blueblood for having us for such a special evening!

I have to thank the staff at Blue Blood for accommodating us last night. No reservation, peak period on a Saturday night and slammed with people. I brought a friend from out of town and didn't want to have to start searching for something else to do. They gave us a tour of the restaurant then brought us upstairs to wait, served us a drink, and within 20 minutes had us seated for dinner. Kale salad & jumbo shrimp were delish and my friend had the Cornish hen which he said was great too. Fresh squeezed grapefruit for my vodka reminded me to do that all the time. Lynn was a terrific server and Derek a fantastic manager. Love the staff here. Thanks for taking care of us.

Had reservations for 8 pm - 4 of us- Arrived- taken to a room upstairs to wait with several other people who also had reservations. After 75 minutes waiting- no explanation? We were seated.

Our server and sommelier were incredible. Professional. Zero complaints there.

The restaurant itself was beautiful, but the meal wasn’t anything worth talking about. Good- but not worth the prices. Very expensive. Our drinks were unique and tasty! We had fois gras, ravioli as appetizers. Both good. Very rich. Then table side Caesar salad. ( not done table side- ). Again- too rich- heavy on the mayo and pork belly fat.

Main course- steaks- lacked flavour- over done. Asparagus soaking in more sauce, fries were great. Done in Duck fat- large- but could have had more than 6 fries for the table. Sautéed spinach- dripping in a fatty cream sauce, Mac and cheese- very good, but again- very rich and heavy.

    Nothing light or fresh.

Since we ended up eating so late due to the delay, plus the rich foods, I felt ill at one point and had to go outside for some fresh air.

Glad I went to experience and try it though.. Beautiful location.. but I doubt we will be back. So many great options in Toronto .

A steakhouse in a castle feels so right! We had a party of six and we enjoyed an evening that was mesmerizing to say the least. The seafood tower was grand and exciting. The Caesar Salad done at our table was mouthwatering. The 2 tomahawk steaks with the assortment of sides was just perfect for the size of our party. We shared a Baked Alaska that was a show on its own. All in all, the experience of dining in Castle Loma was very memorable and exciting. It allowed us to suspend our reality and experience the splendour of royalty, if only for just one night. Well done Liberty Group!

Was so excited to be having dinner in a nice restaurant in a castle. When we arrived, we waited over an hour for our table, even though we had made reservations, which they couldn’t find. Everyone kept telling us how they weren’t anticipating being so busy and that they were still getting used to things. They gave us complimentary Prosecco while we were waiting, which was a nice touch, however, we really just needed something to nibble on as it was after 9pm. They seated us at a table for 2 with bulky chairs with one arm which made it a little difficult to eat and were not in proportion to the table. The food was okay, nothing special. Wouldn’t mind paying the high prices if the food was amazing. Left me underwhelmed to say the least. They have a lot to improve, if they ever want us to return!

We had an exceptional evening and our server was outstanding! The smoked seared scallops were incredible and our 40 oz porterhouse was unreal. The only issue we had was our steak was slightly too rare but they were able to refire the parts that were too rare and all was fine. Highly recommend for an incredible experience of 5 star dining in a castle

The only good thing here is the ambiance and service. I have to be very honest, the food was horrible. We ordered a bunch of things from the menu from starters to dessert, all horrible. I'm shocked and annoyed. My wallet took a huge hit for me to leave hungry. Would not recommend, would never go back.

What a treat! The venue is so pretty, definitely a great spot for a special occasion. The castle was enchanting. The food, I had the 28 day Nebraska tenderloin and it was perfect. PrepAred simply with a choice of different salts brought out the flavour of the beef. Sides were tasty. Highly recommend side Caesar prepared at the table!

Amazing ambiance! Beautiful in the old castle. However, I found the steaks (3 different we ordered) mediocre.

The side dishes were all pathetically small and mediocre as well.

On top of that the service was extremely slow. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and would only dine there again if I was being treated.

    Morton's is where it's at!
