Was on a bicycle tour and needed to cross the border here. Since you're not allowed to cycle across the bridge, I called the Bridge Authorities and within half an hour they had loaded our bikes into a truck and drove us across the border. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! Hugely appreciated.

The machine in the lobby of this currency exchange took my money and then jammed. It look me 2 days to get my money back. And I had to drive back there to get it. Then when i did show up to get it Cathy instead of apologizing tryed getting me to jump through some more hoops! I think she wants to be a customs agent! Oh wait their too friendly. Derek A. Noble.
