  I did my wedding hair and make up at Bliss Salon, and was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and service. I decided that I didn't want to make the trial, though I realized that it was kind of risky for the big day.. But Mary was absolutely amazing! She did my hair updo even better than I showed her on the picture, making recommendation how it will look better on me. I felt like beauty queen all day!! It was quite a windy day by the lake, but my hair hold up so nicely and stayed on their places all day long!!! Sandra did my make up and she listened to everything I wanted from the look, and did an amazing job! You can really tell how much experience she has when you see her at work. It was just such a treat and relaxation on this busy day. Not to mention that my sister decided to do hair cut, colour, updo and make up at the last moment. And they not only accommodated all her needs, but made her walk out from the salon looking completely gorgeous. We both were just like Hollywood stars on this lovely day :) Thank you Bliss!

  I am extremely disappointed in not only the hair cut but also the service I received at my appointment on Thursday the 1st of June. There was actually lack of service, no conversation, the stylist was late starting, and another one of her clients showed up so she rushed to finish, did not even show me the back of my hair like any other stylist has... It felt rushed.... and incomplete... I had explained to the stylist my situation from my previous hair cut, which was over 6 months ago, and how I was nervous to have my hair cut again because of my previous experience....(which obviously was not good if I've had to explain it to her)
  
  I have now been left with the feeling that I never ever ever want to let anyone take a pair of scissors or that damn razor thing to my hair again... After explaining my situation and having confidence in this salon, I was hoping I would get what I paid for.... almost $80.00 for a hair cut, I feel like I could have done a better job myself with my eyes closed.

  Always an amazing time to be at Bliss.
  I book ahead of time and make sure I have my time with Nikki, but also they accommodate me for a last minute blow dry just in case I need a fix up ! I love buying the Aveda products just for me, however today I thought I'd buy a few Christmas gifts. I got the best little packages & 2 gift certificates. So happy with the customer service at Bliss, Nikki pulled this all together for me .I'll be back very soon to put a gift under their tree, love that they give back to help those in need.
