The experience I had with Black Tie Executive Limo on my recent trip to the Downtown Toronto was superb. My driver, was an excellent driver. He was prompt and courteous, a true professional. The car was clean and the ride was amazingly comfortable. This is the best experience I have ever had with a company from the ease of booking to the excellent service during my entire trip. They will be my first choice for limo services in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

It was a great experience to use Mike’s lemo service. I definitely recommend it for my friends and all people. The driver was very friendly and we had nice conversation a couple of days ago when I used the service to go back and forth to the hockey game. For sure, I will call Mike for future rides.

We had a horrible experience. I organized a wine tour with 3 stops in the collingwood area, and had addresses ready with names of places. We had to physically enter the address into our drivers phone as he could not figure it out. He still ended up getting lost, and we had to correct him for directions. He stopped on a hill and completed an unsafe turn to get around instead of turning around in an available driveway 200m ahead. He pulled out a contract I had never seen, and was forcing me to tip him more for poor service. We ended up giving him $20 more just to get us home. I would not recommend this company ever.
