  I have been at Birkeland Bros a number of times. They know I own a yarn shop myself in Sherbrooke, Qc and still take time to serve me as if I were their only customer. I set time aside to go there at every trip. I love that store and would gladly partner in if I could. They know their stuff.

  I love this store, I go here for all my 100% wool. Every time I go in the lady is so nice who runs the store, she always helps me with my projects and has personally dyed the yarn for me free of charge. She also always spins my yarn into sizable ball to take home so it makes it easy for me to crochet with it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a 100% wool or looking to learn how to do spinning, weaving or felting.

  First of all the shop layout is unique, from the industrial sized vintage carding machine which is still in operation, to the displays of beautiful wools, a feast for the eyes
  
  The service was wonderfulI needed help finding a pattern for a baby blanket for my grand nephewthe knowledgeable manager helped me select the wools which were the exact shades desired by my niece, and printed off a patternthanks for your kindness
  
  Although I live in Vancouver, I am going there today for more wool and another project2 thumbs up for this wonderful gem of a store!!!
