Bought an expensive bike and asked to change the groupset. They had shipping complications for months due to other vendors but went out of their way to help me. My issues were not bikesports fault and im definitely buying from here again. Also the best prices in ontario i could find.

Have been dealing with both Aurora and Newmarket stores for a few years now and without a doubt the best to deal with , staff goes out of there way to help and answer all your questions , they know there stuff, I would not take my bike to any other shop A+++++

Super nice guys! I took a loooooong time (a couple weeks- in and out) trying to find the right bike for me and I never felt pushed or pressured. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and never patronizing. I have no reason to believe that their post-sale service will be any less promising.

Horrible experience. I bought a 2015 Specialized Rockhopper on August 29, 2015. The bike had a very noticeable metal-on-metal rubbing noise coming from the brakes. I figured it was a simple adjustment issue. Brought it back to get it fixed and this is where things fell apart and why a rating of 1.

The individual I spoke with (Vass) told me the issue was normal for new bikes and would go away on its own once broken in. He said to give it about a year - which I did as I had no reason to think otherwise. I later found out this was a complete lie.

As I don't ride my bike in winters, I recently brought it back to see why the issue was still persistent, this time Vass no longer works there and a new and much more knowledgable individual helped me out. I left my bike behind for them to check it, and at pickup was told the issue would never go away as it's a manufacturer defect being caused from the large rotors rubbing on the brakes. Why wasn't I told this earlier????

The proposed solution from the shop was to live with it, as it's not that noticeable and. It fixable.

Very disappointed in the after sale service of this bike shop, as well as specialized for making a defective product with no resolution.

I never should have been lied to at the beginning, otherwise I would have returned the bike within the first couple days. I also expect the shop to do a bit better and actually call Specialized to get a proper resolution.

This bike is basically garbage now, unless I choose to always wear earmuffs, headphones or earplugs.

    Horrible experience!

Guys are quick to offer help and prices are very reasonable if you are looking to buy a new bike.
