No different than any other Best Buy store I visited. Same layout as the one near my old place, so it was really easy to find things. Shelves were organized, I didn't need any help but it did seem it might be a bit difficult to flag down an employee. Not very many were seen on the floor. All in all satisfied with this location.
Decided to come here to get a new phone after a visit to a Rogers store, best decision ever. I wanted the new iPhone X and at Rogers the lady gave me usual run around answer telling me to basically go online or do it over the phone. At Best Buy the were very helpful and got me the phone I wanted on launch day and everything done THROUGH my Rogers plan in less than 15 minutes.
I did computer repair few times in the past with them and was done properly and reasonable price I'll let you know if still I have the same feeling after today's repair
Just got a new phone for my wife. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, despite all the time we needed. Five stars!!!!!!!
So, I wander in wanting a new battery for my HP laptop. I'm ignored by the only sales associate, so I make the first move and ask: do you have any. No, he says, we used to. And why do you not stock them anymore? Dunno. Advises me to contact HP. Firstly, why bother with this store? Everyone needs batteries for their laptops and so on. People needing batteries might just buy something else in the store. Just so dumb. Wound up just ordering it through Amazon and it will be here in a week. I can wait. But really, this in a nutshell is why bricks and mortar stores like this are fading fast. Good riddance.
Actually I would give this Best Buy branch a -5 rating if I could because my experience with . Horrible service and extremely rude customer service (Not even worthy of being called customer service). They misinformed us about the points by telling us to cancel our purchase and repurchase to add points to our points card. Then they deducted the amount twice and did NOT inform us that they would be doing that. We went in to reverse this and they could not do it on the spot. Sales manager Julian and supervisor Stephanie did nothing and blamed it on the customer with no attempt to help us in any way at all. DO NOT COME TO THIS BEST BUY if you expect any sort of customer service!!!
Typical Best Buy experience, no one helping me unless I'm buying a big ticket item. The return policy and the sales are really good however but some items are out of stock. The cashiers are actually very helpful and friendly.
A female worker working at laird Best Buy saw that I was holding a box of hot tamales. She asked me for one and I gave her one, but not before her manager saw her and she told me to wait until her manager left. I gave her 4 even though she asked for 3. After, she told us to act like we were asking her a question. She then asked me for another one and said that she only got 3 although I gave her 4. She was very rude about it.
Happy with the customer service I received here when I purchased a TV and various pieces of wearable technology. Also received a partial refund for an item I bought at another location that had since gone down in price with no difficulty whatsoever. Minus 1 star for the difficulty in finding a customer service rep to help when making a small-ticket purchase, but to be fair, every CSR I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful-when I finally did get to speak with them.
I had an issue with some gift card when I bought a TV recently and I had supervisor Stephanie looked into it and within days she called me and and we figured it out, even tho initially told me it could take weeks. I went in the next couple of days and everything was resolved and I'm a happy cuatumer. This showed that employees are True to their words when they say they will look into something and they do care, thanks again Stephanie. Also if I had a "looking for something" look on my face there was someone one near by to ask if I need help. Also I'm glad best buy emails your receipt, more convenient.
And this company wonders why it loses sales to Amazon..... This is by far the worst Best buy there is hands down. On every occasion I have to shop there, it has always been horrible. From losing a pre order item, to not living up to there own returns policy, to employees level of just plan ineptitude, I don't understand how it stays open. And when you try and say something, they blow you off. Don't shop here.... You will regret it, if you do.
Good place to pick up any electronics you need. The staff here is always helpful.
I usually make a point of not going into a place 20min before closing for any reason, but Staples was already closed so I had to go here instead. The staff were super helpful but like an idiot, I didn't ask any of their names for this review, but if anyone up the Best Buy corporate ladder is reading this, the people you had working last week Sunday, especially the floor supervisor, did a terrific job and I hope they're recognized for it. I was already a frequent customer, but now I have even more reason to continue being a patron. Cheers!
This Best buy is like any other Best buy you would find in Ontario.... Bad Service and Non-caring Staff. Their prices are good and the store is overall quite clean and large. sometimes things are out of place, for example I bought a Logitech Ipad mini 2 case. The price on the shelf was 32.95 but when i got to the cash, the case scanned for 85 dollars which I thought was wrong but the manager showed me the product numbers on the shelf price and the one on the case and of course it didnt match. Anyways, unhelpful staff and overall bad service are the only problems in this store.
I love this best buy. Enough parking space.. I get stuff that are sold out in other location. Local transport is available but i recommend driving.
