My Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a faulty screen. Brought it in for repair October 20th and they were so incompetent that it was never sent out for repair with the proper documentation. Early December I went back in and it was sitting there still broken. I took it home and brought it back before Christmas and was just shipped to the repair depot on January 10th. The manager had promised it would be sent out the day I brought it back in. Their total lack of respect for the amount of money I put into that phone is appalling. I called two days ago to ask the status and they said it was just sent out that day and I asked for the manager to call me back and the guy promised he would, still haven't received a call.
Arrived for Fibe TV demo. Agent said Fibe TV was not working and he did not know how to repair nor did he know who to call to get it fixed.
I love the help I get here, I have been going to this store for approx 8 years now, Debbie has been my go to person for years. I even followed her to Uxbridge when she went there, She is now back in Whitby.
She helped me save over $50.00 a month on my bill and that is with adding a new line to my Small Business plan. She explains everything in my lingo. I send all my friends and family to this store, It is the best customer service around.
Very Terrible customer service, firstly this store according to bell is not a Certified bell store. secondly I have lived in this area for the last five years and been in this store twice, on both occasions the staff , Debbie and her general manager are very neglegant to help customers and rude and condescending. They are part of an old school way of thinking and are very negative and totally have no Regards to help the customer. They apparently have forgotten that they are in the service buisness and don't realize that the customers are the ones who keep them in business. If you are in the area go to Whitby mall they are a certified bell store, I find this makes a huge difference. This store won't be around for long especially with their customer service skills.

People sometimes confuse their experience with Bell customer service who are selling you plans over the phone with the people who run/work at the stores and they are different camps. This store has very good staff and management and have gone out of their way to assist me on multiple occasions.
