On June 3rd After my brand new (3 week old) Samsung fridge stopped refrigerating anything, Samsung contracted this authorized service centre to repair my fridge under warranty. Samsung scheduled the date for June 5th. They never showed, and had an excuse for not showing, saying they should show up on June 8th. They never showed. After repeated calls and promises to show up, they finally arrived at my home on June 20th only to tell me it was my responsibility to bring the fridge in to the shop for a repair. I would still be without a fridge had I not complained to Samsung to get something done. I do not recommend this repair centre. All I can say is, good thing I hadn't yet sold the old fridge, because I was 1 month without my new appliance.
