  Upon entering the dealership, everyone was so friendly. Right away, Jordan had teamed me up with Ivan. I worked with Ivan on the purchase of 2010 Accord. I had done a lot of researching into both the dealership and the car so it was just a matter of test driving and then number crunching. At no time did I ever feel like I was being pressured. Through the financing, Ivan consistently showed me the computer screen so all the numbers were absolutely transparent. Even after the agreement was drafted, when I returned to sign, Ivan had told me he got me a better interest rate. I couldn't be happier with the experience working with Ivan and the car itself!

  Great customer service! The staff is not only very knowledgeable but friendly and easy to work with. One of their members, Ivan, was very efficient, he answered all my questions without delay and made sure I was happy with the car I took home.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Ivan at Barlow. He was amazing to work with. My son was purchasing the vehicle and needed it shipped to another province. Ivan was very accommodating and patient with me! He went above and beyond my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Barlow and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them.

  I bought my Land Rover from this dealer and I can tell you that I have received the best customer service from them. The staff made sure I was happy and gave me detailed information of the vehicles I was looking at. They made sure that my Land Rover was clean and spotless for when I picked up without making worry about it. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a friendly, honest and amazing service who makes sure that you buy the right car.

  After the experience I had here I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Dealt with Jordan - he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I was deciding between their vehicle and another. I never felt pressured into the sale and he answered all of my questions honestly. A+ experience.
  
  *** follow up: I ran into Jordan at Starbucks, he remembered my name and bought me my coffee! It's the little things that make a difference!

  I just bought a Chrysler 300c at Barlow Motors and I absolutely love it. Barlow Motors did an amazing job to get me the best finance rate possible! Jordan did an amazing job making me feel part of the family and would recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle to go here as they have many amazing vehicles that will suit anyone's style.   I bought my first car today which was a BMW X6 and it was awesome! TBH, I was nervous at first, but the staff there makes us feel welcomed -their customer service was exceptional,they were very specially Jordan and Roy who answered all of my question satisfactorily.
