  I've been coming to Bains travel for the last 5 years for all my travel, from South America, to South East Asia, and now Caribbean. Mini B. has always treated me like family, and solved all the complicated travel itineraries that I put together, especially when travelling with 7+ guys! I recommend Bains travel to everyone I know because of the great service they provided.

  The team is very knowledgeable , courteous, and customer friendly. The booking was easy with them, and they were able to answer all the questions, and also provide suggestions for making the travel easy. it was a satisfying experience

  I contacted Bains to help with a booking using a travel credit from an airline vacation package. Their response time was very quick, detailed and courteous. I was especially impressed with their guidance to avoid hassles and rebook using the source agency. Though I didn't use them, given the service, I will definitely consider it in the future!
