It was challenging to ship my Shopify and Amazon orders to the US before I knew this one-stop logistics company. The shipping cost was high, and the States' buyers prefer to buy from domestic sellers. B&J Global has facilities in Toronto and Buffalo, and their cross-border solution solved my problem. Now I print the US domestic shipping labels from their system and put on my packages. They ship them to Buffalo, where FedEx and UPS pick the packages on the same day. The best thing is when I have a return from the US buyers – I can have the returns sent to their Buffalo warehouse and have them shipped back to Canada. Their shipping from Canada to US has saved me money and saved my business!.

B&J Global has an intelligent system to compare shipping rates between UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, etc. Some of my products are large sizes, and they have excellent shipping discounts for oversized items when I ship with their UPS and FedEx account. For smaller items, the discount is good but not so competitive as the large packages.

Our products have many SKUs and are difficult to operate. My friend recommended B&J Global to me, so I paid a visit to their warehouse. I was impressed by their spacious warehouse and how organized their site was. They were able to handle all kinds of requirements from our different customers and marketplaces. The only negative thing was that their warehouse staff was too busy to answer my emails quickly.

As a start-up importer, I don't know much about the process. When my container had already arrived at the port, I didn't know what to do and searched online for a local freight forwarder.
