Gorgeous Wedding venue with stunning views. And a Observation Tower with spiral staircase! This place was a dream, the service was impeccable and the grounds are incredible. This is the place to have an intimate wedding with a memorable backdrop. The massive garage housed the tables for the reception; seems odd but the space was absolutely perfect for it. A real gem and worth checking out if you're looking to hold an luxurious private event large or small.
Nice atmosphere, rustic, great service. (Service gets 5 stars) Quality of food is lacking. I ordered the surf and turf as the main. The steak was thin, over cooked and resembled a steak you'd get on your steak sandwich at a local pub. The steak was just ok. The restaurant is cold. Asked if we could get the heat turned up but apparently the restaurant has no control over the heat and offered us blankets while we ate dinner? Ummm no thank you. We went for our anniversary dinner and they gave us a sorbet (before dinner, a little weird) in an ice sculptured dish, nice touch!
Amazing hotel with unbelievable service. There is nothing to point out here other than excellence. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for! The food and staff are on point. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a night out and has some cash to fork out.
Amazing staff amazing service. Beautiful wedding. Accommodates all needs off all guests, staying or just for the event. Thank you. Look forward to coming back
Went for brunch. Beautiful grounds and facility. To think this was once someone's home! Eggs Benedict, and everything for that matter, seems pricey. But then I thought back to the eggs Benedict I've gotten from a chafing dish. These were really good. Staff is pretty casual but very friendly and accommodating.
With a large group, I experienced brunch at Azuridge today. With high expectations because of glowing reports, I was extremely disappointed with the food. Having ordered the crabcake/salmon eggs benedict, it arrived at the table cold and over cooked - a bad combination. The atmosphere and service was very good thus, I have provided a rating higher than the food deserves.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Paid for the chauffeur experience and it was extremely in organized and disappointing. The chauffeur didn't even know where he was going while driving us to Azuridge, he made 3 wrong turns and made us late to dinner, then picked us up early therefore we had no time for dessert and would have been charged even more if we made him wait!
Although some of the food was good, it wasn't great. And they include a small amount of sorbet which is a palate cleanser as a course in the 5 course dinner. Absolutely ridiculous and again not worth the money.
When I emailed azuridge twice to tell them how disappointed I was in my experience they never replied and therefore showed me that they lack respect for their guests and have no value in their customer service. Not what I expect from a place that calls itself a "luxury hotel".
DO not waste your money!!!
Attended an outdoor wedding ceremony here in the beautiful garden. The refreshment and services are good. Wise choice of this young couple.
It's beautiful, peaceful, quaint, but our room was uncomfortable with inadequate air conditioning. The staff was quick to bring us a fan, but all that glass facing south/west heats things up too much for our family. Great food at the wedding we attended, staff are great.
Lovely hotel near Calgary. Must visit if you get a chance. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time.
Delicious meal. The scenery is beautiful as well.
Client Retreat - I was really impressed with this venue for a 2 day client off site. Being only 24km west of South Calgary, Azuridge is super convenient.
Organizing the offsite was simple and easy. Great communications from Donna Young - thank you.
On site, it's a terrific hide away where my clients and I could focus without the every day distractions we would have had in Calgary.
The Venue is fantastic in every way - bedrooms are spacious, meeting rooms are full of light, and the meals and dining experience was above expectation.
I highly recommend Auuridge, whether it's a simple get away weekend for yourself or a venue for a team off site.
We loved it so much in September 2016 that I'm coming back this week with another client.
Restaurant is outstanding with superb service and a great selection of food and drinks. We did the course menu. Salad platters, mushroom soup, and wagyu tenderloin, followed by cheesecake, everything was beyond our expectation. (The duck was not spectacular though)
If you're looking to have a romantic night out then I highly recommend this gem about 20 min south of Calgary.
Done my wedding here last August 2016. We book a year ahead. Michelle which is the wedding coordinator help us along the way. I just planned it and she coordinate. The day of the wedding itself I just stayed on my room and didn't worry about ANYTHING cause they (Azuridge staff) did it for me. I just sit and relax on my bridal room and worried for nothing. I can't thank this people enough. They have Butlers which you can ask to do your errands on the day of wedding (steaming my dress for example). Our butler Sam helps everyone of us including our groomsmen and bridemaids, setting up our sound system and so much more. Florine and Michelle went all the way and help us to coordinate our vendors. They went extra miles for the wedding. It exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing! We have open bars and stayed until the morning, my guests really enjoy how the bar people just offer them drinks they don't have to go the bar itself. We really enjoy how they partied with us, dance and sing with us, we have so much fun and no awkward moments with this people! Every room on the estates are so beautiful I can't even describe it on words. It's just so classy, elegant and comfortable.
I'm doing this review to just let people know how I had a really good personal experience on this place and their staffs. Surely my husband and I will go back on Azuridge just to stay there. ☺
I can't say enough about how amazing Azuridge is. The service is beyond anything I've experienced before. Clarence and the team of fantastic butlers at Azuridge exceeded my expectations to a degree I can hardly describe.
Azuridge hosted my wedding in September 2016. In preparation, Clarence, Florine, Christina and Mathieu flew out to meet us in Vancouver to go over details and logistics. Throughout the entire process, they were fun, imaginative, courteous, and pulled off throwing an incredible 2 day event that was jam-packed with games and extras.
Clarence went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, even arranging corsages for the mothers, when I had forgotten them. The butlers and bartenders partied with us until the wee hours.
Without ANY reservation, I would say that Azuridge is the best venue anyone could hope for for their wedding. You MUST come here, primarily for the service, food, views, relaxed atmosphere, incredible amenities and gorgeous decor, and to support the incredible people who live here.
I will always love Azuridge!
