  Place and service okay. Barber Rick was Nice. When it came to pay what was suppose to be a wash and cut for $26 became a style wash and cut for $42 after my wife specifically said not to style as he was about to use the straightner. Then after the receptionist was whispering to the barber to confirm he said i didnt style it but because he blow dried it they decided to charge an extra $16. Not the type to argue but found it unethical and unprofessional. Heads up for others it was my first time here

  There was a girl that worked at kildonan location. During consult i showed her everything i had in mind as well as supplies i bought, she made a couple rasist coments such as white girls have to buy expensive hsir ect... during my "free consultation" which lasted literaly a minute she told me i had to leave or pay for sitting in the chair as its nit ger station. Should of never came back. Next day she started to do something completely different from whay we arranged saying she was ptessed for time than after not even finishing 30% she started to fwt rude and super frustrated telking me she didnt know hor to do the top and simply left me there. I thought she went to another client but secretary in front told me she didnt havr any more bookings for the day. I looked like I had a mullet or worse plus it hurt severely as she just tied everything to ONE braid. Then this Hispanic girl comes out of nowhere and starts yelling at me to pay up $200. At the consult she said at most she would do it for $80-90. I WANTED TO CRY . I asked for manager he was not there and after I paid because her "friend" started to physically threaten me I paid and left crying. I looked like a scarecrow and was so embarrassed to take bus home. Due to extreme pain I had to take it out immediately myself because manager refused to call me. As long as they got their $200 by threatening clients and not even finishing the job robbed me of twice the amount I was to pay for the finished extension insalation. I pay $100 for hair cuts and I will go to high end salons because I want a good haircut but this place not only lost a client but entire winnipeg will be warned not to go there as well as their lazy manager who wouldn't even get to the phone let alone monitor what goes on at his salon. Horror story.
