Taken multiple pets here, multiple times for trips and never had issue, staff knows your pet which is refreshing. I've called a couple of times and changed pick up time and even had the pets stay a couple of days later when flights were delayed / cancelled. Can't say enough great things about the staff or place!

Have been using At Merithot Resort for 35 years. Our Westies Wess, Bobbie, Abby and our Bull Terrier Lucy have all loved it there and enjoyed the experienced and professional staff. Keep up the good work!

We've brought our dog here for boarding, daycare, and grooming. The place is very well run and we have never had any issues. Our dog is always excited to go back! Would recommend to anyone.

My dog is a regular at the pet resort! I always get her groomed at the same time. When she goes there her tail is wagging and she greets the owner which is always a good sign! My dog can be dominant with other dogs, and she can be very sociable. She's that unpredictable. The staff know her personality and make sure she has fun and gets exercised. And she's had a great time every time she goes - no issues with other dogs.
