  We stopped in looking to furnish a full kitchen, dining room and family room. Our sales associate, Lauren and the manager, Matt were amazing!! Not pushy whatsoever and helped us find the items we love at a great deal!! We are incredibly happy with our purchases and didn't break the bank! Stellar service from this team!!

  Worst Customer Service as management takes weeks to reply to email and not talking on the phone, Damaged Hardwood as the delivery guys came couple hours late (2-6 pm window but came at 9 pm) and DRILLED INTO MY HARDWOOD, management is not willing to help resolve the problem, and still awaiting delivery on multiple items as some of them where forgotten at the store (do not know how that happens), and the other products were damaged and the story will only delivery all damaged and missing good once everything comes in as they are very cheap people to deliver... do not buy from this store as they do not care about you, only care about the money.

  We purchased a sectional from them. When the movers arrived they took no care in our home. They put the metal clip of the two piece sectional on the hardwood floor and dragged it across the room (should they not have know better? They do this everyday!). They then sent a "furniture" repair man to fix the flooring issue who sprayed a wax cloud coating all over the middle of the room which damaged even more of the flooring. He had already signed a letter stating how he could not repair the flooring. It is bamboo hardwood with a clear-coat and cannot be refinished and stained. I had a contractor come in (twice!) that made the same conclusion. Now Ashley Furniture is not willing to pay to replace the damaged flooring. They fail to accept that it cannot be repaired. They are very unprofessional when a problem arises. It is terrible that you receive this type of service with a company that is suppose to be reputable. It is sad that they force you to involve other authorities and cannot simply resolve the mistakes that THEY made in-house.

  Your typical furniture store, lots of salespeople around, big and airy, lots of decorating ideas.
  Not the highest end stuff but nowhere near the low end either.

  Bought a Hallway table and had to wait several weeks to get it. Finally got it home and the drawers don't quite line up with the openings. It's such a pain to return things like this so I'm sure I'll just end up fixing it myself.

  Terrible customer service. We purchased our furniture as a floor model. At no point during the purchase were we told our furniture would be delivered with NO covering on it (It's winter in Ontario). Delivery day arrived and we watched the delivery truck pull up and open the door to our furniture uncovered and soaking wet. The chair was brought in first and was discoloured due to the amount of water that had been absorbed into the furniture. I called customer service immediately and was told I bought furniture that "was not new" and therefore was not covered for delivery. I didn't realize Ashley furniture sold used furniture. When I spoke to a manager he told me it wasn't his problem and that they put a "blanket on it." We went to Ashley furniture because they are known for their "great customer service and quality." I have recommended all my friends and family to never go to this store as their customer service is terrible. They want you to pay high prices then when they deliver it to you they don't care what kind of shape you receive it in.
