Artist in Residence Distillerie

As Outaouais’ first micro-distillery, Artist in Residence abides by the principles of artisanal distillation. This starts with dealing with a hyper-local supplier for our primary material: corn. Family-owned Deschardins farm, located only a few kilometers from the distillery, has been cultivating the grains that go into the making of our neutral alcohol for five generations.

From the grinding process to the bottle, we control the quality of our products at every stage of the production.

Première microdistillerie de l’Outaouais, Artist in Residence Distillerie adhère aux principes de la distillation artisanale, en commençant par un approvisionnement hyper local de sa matière première : le maïs. La ferme familiale Deschardins, située à quelques kilomètres de la distillerie, cultive le grain servant à la confection de notre alcool neutre depuis cinq générations.

De la mouture à l’embouteillage, nous contrôlons la qualité de nos produits à toutes les étapes de la production.
