I’ve had the opportunity to visit many dealerships but none with the 5 star service and friendly atmosphere that VW Arbour has. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a friendly smile then you’re welcomed by one of their sales reps and boy do they know their stuff! I was lucky enough to have “J” aka Top Gun handle my account and I encourage everyone who’s looking for a VW to reach out and ask for him! From beginning to end, the process was fun and easy!! Arbour volkswagen should be your go-to place when planning on purchasing a car. Not only are the cars top quality, but you get the ultimate support and best advice throughout the entire experience.

I would like to point out Joel, a top notch sales associate, who provided me with the best service and handled my experience at Arbour Volkswagen with utmost professinalism.

I have to say the team at this location are exceptional. They really go above and beyond for you. Daria made it super easy for me to narrow down my needs before my wants ( That!!!!right there showed me that I was at the right place dealing with the right person). I have never experienced customer service at this level. As soon as I walked in she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. You have a customer for life!!!
