Dylan was a pleasure to deal with right from the first visit to our site. Very professional and thorough. The Arborist report was well laid out and complete with all technical details.

The 13 cottonwoods that they removed went exceptionally well and the work was completed in one day, which was sooner than expected. The site was restored to original and all clean up done. Overall, their price was excellent and we were very pleased with the work done by ArborGreen! Thank you!

Dylan and his team are professional, courteous experts.
They removed a leaning tree on a steep slope that was close to the property line and fence. It kept us up at night when it was windy. They also removed 2 trees close to our roof and power lines. Everything was done with minimal impact on the surrounding yard and left very tidy.

Dylan and his crew cut down 9 challenging trees for us as they were located on a sloped area with some close between the neighbour's house. They were so organized and dealt with the trees in a systemized and professional order. His crew was very friendly and hardworking. Dylan's pricing is very fair. The ArborGreen team were terrific with us. They clearly care about the health of the tree / environment, and really know their stuffI was blown away with their knowledge. They worked hard, were pleasant to deal with, and very safe and considerate of their surroundings (our flower beds near the tree were NOT ruined). When the scope of the project had to change beyond the original plan, they talked through the options and gave us new fair quote. Highly recommend.

Outstanding care & customer service. Dylan & his team removed 4 large Douglas Firs, which were in a particularly tricky location in terms of electrical wires, proximity to houses & access etc. Dylan was great at communicating what was going to happen, keeping the neighbours happy & they finished the job a day ahead of schedule. A very fair price for an extremely professional job. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
