    They are always so helpful here and very friendly. wait times can be a little long but worth the time.

    Went in for battery problems. The "genius" pretty much bullshitted me around every corner until I finally had to ask him to run a diagnostic on my phone which showed my battery was fried. Pretty much had to make him tell me the truth.

    I have no issues with the service, they tried to do what they could to fix my macbook pro without costing me money and when it turned out I would have to have a part replaced they did it quickly. What I did have issues with was the employee at the genius bar I spoke to only seemed interested in talking to my boyfriend who was there because he'd given me a ride. They even asked him if he wanted a call asking permission to do a factory reset if they determined it needed one, even though I had made it clear from the beginning that it was my computer and I was the one knowledgeable about the issues, and about Apple products in general. Keep on providing a good service, but tone it down with the sexism.

    Apple appointment here are extremely frustrating. I love the efficiency of the Apple Store when they're actually all on the same page. Was told my appointment would be an hour and would get a text, totally cool with that. At the hour and a half marker hadn't received a text so went into the store to check how much longer. Would be another hour, making it in total a 2.5 hour wait. This to me seems as though they are not having enough of a supply of workers for the times demanded. Asked if it was possible for me to make an appointment for the next day because waiting 2.5 hours at the mall with another most likely half an hour to an hour appointment doesn't work for me as I am really (not to sound like an ass) an exceptionally busy person. They were able to make an appointment for the next day (tomorrow) which I am glad about, however a bit confused as when I had called earlier in the week to see if I could make an appointment (as not to waste any time as I currently have a lot on my plate) they had said no and that I had to come into the store. Moral of the story, Apple, please have an adequate supple of workers for peek times and days as not to have such long wait times as well as educating your staff to give better customer service when calling, or encouraging them to put a customer on hold while they checked any information they were not 100% certain of (I would have preferred thay). Thank you.

    Great service every time! Recently had my iPhone replaced due to a speaker / call issue and now it is working great again! Not sure how people with other brands of phones deal with having their device sent away for weeks before getting it back. I was in and out with a brand new iPhone within 10 minutes and all my information simply carried over through iCloud :) love it! RIP Steve Jobs

    I made an appointment to have my Iphone 6 looked at. The screen was recently replaced and since the repair the screen started to get black marks from just being in the bathroom while I showered. I have owned many iphones before and never needed to worry about water damage when having it on the counter while water is running in the same room. I figured it maybe wasn't sealed enough or something along those lines when the screen got replaced. I showed up for my appointment maybe 3-5 minutes early and I was told to leave and come back. After discussing the issue with the person at apple I was told I would have to pay 390 dollars to have my issues resolved and this was after just recently paying the 180 or so to have the screen replaced. It was also insinuated that I was a liar and that the phone was not getting these marks from just sitting on the counter while I shower. I had no reason to lie and just wanted a phone that was worth the money I paid for it. Needless to say I left my appointment with zero answers and feeling like shit. I would avoid this particular location and refrain from purchasing any apple products in the future.

    So incredibly happy with the service I received! I bought a new MacBook Air yesterday and today I took the power cord out of the box to plug it in. Being the huge dork that I am, I couldn't rip the black paper that holds the power cord together, so I cut it open with scissors and accidentally cut through the cord as well. After looking up the price of a new power cord, I was so upset. I brought it into this Apple Store today and explained what happened to a woman named Patty, and after a bit of a chuckle she said "We'll go see what we can do!". She came back with a new power cord and I didn't have to pay a cent for it even though the broken one was completely my fault. I was so overwhelmed that I teared up on my way back home. I'm a student and that 100 dollars will really go a long way for me. Thank you for being so kind. You had every right to make me buy a new one but you guys went above and beyond to make sure I left happy! I'm now on my new MacBook and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase! Thanks again :)

    Service is fast. Very easy to buy something. Everything is very fast. Employees are kind but always busy. Always a lot of people. Lots of apple and non apple products. Everything is super expensive though.

    Awesome service! The first team member helped us with a warranty issue... got a new phone same day! also helped us through our apple account mishaps! Trying to fix it ourselves for years! Thanks! And then handed over to another team member who helped sync our accounts! Huge help and great service! Thank you

    Nice location and products. Overall service is acceptable, although they don't make too much effort to retain the customer. They simply don't care if you don't come back, in their mind they will be thousands else dying to buy.
    It's good to be at the top of the wave, but it's always good to make sure that you have a path forward if you are not longer a top seller.
