  We are very pleased with the service provided by everyone at AP Toitures. The entire team was easily accessible in-lead of and throughout our roof replacement. Richard at the office was exceptional setting up our project. Peter and his team were fantastic on-site - Guillaume especially. They answered all of my questions throughout the day and took the time to explain the process and ensure we were happy. A few days after I had a couple of questions and concerns, I was able to connect directly with Peter who sent a team member to review and ensure everything is in order. Very happy with this team and have already recommended them to neighbors!

  They called you in advance and come at the agreed time, around 6:30 in the morning and was ready preparing work before my spouse stepped outside ask if they need extra help.
  
  Entire roof was replaced in just over half a day (around 1:30pm they were done) They are organized and efficient. Props to them for their cleanliness’s, they put tarps everywhere to catch debris and bringing their own portable toilet.
  
  Peter was friendly and open to questions.
  
  Richard gave us a quote in the spring and mentioned to come near in September/October.
  My -1 start, we have to call to do a follow-up.
  Beside from that, I am pleased with the service we got.

  All of the houses on our street were built at the same time, we kept an eye on the work done by the roofers that were chosen by our neighbours. AP Toitures stood out as being organized, efficient, and clean (right down to bringing their own portable toilet!).
  Joe gave us a quote in the fall with a promise to come first thing in the spring. Peter and the team were here on April 1 to reshingle the roof in under 4hrs. Tarps everywhere to catch the debris and as agreed with Joe they removed and reinstalled our antenna (even got it in the exact same spot so I didn't have to climb up there to adjust it!). A few pieces of plywood that needed replacing, but surprises should always be expected when you remove the old shingles.
  Only downside was the local delivery guy put the truck stabilizers down on my walkway instead of the grass (to lift the shingles up onto the roof) and sunk some of the bricks. Was on the to-do list for this summer anyways.

  The team arrived promptly at the agreed time in the morning and was already advancing quickly on their prep work before I even stepped outside to clear the driveway.
  
  Entire roof was replaced in just over half a day. Clean-up was professional and through leaving area as clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived.
  
  The team was friendly and open to questions. Excellent service all around. We are very pleased with our choice of roofers.

  They did an incredible job. From the setup to the cleanup everything was done professionally, with great care and attention to detail. The roof looks fantastic but most importantly when they were done, my property didn't look like I had just had major work done. Their efforts to leave the job site in arguably better condition than when they arrived is truly the defining characteristic of a professional crew. See photo timeline from Prep Work all the way to Completed. 100% recommend, worth every cent of the very reasonable price.
