  Locked myself out, found the back door open while Bryce was en route...not only did he not charge me and walk away, he fixed my sticky lock, gave me new keys and rekeyed the deadbolt and reinstalled it properly. Importantly, he was able to accommodate my schedule. Definitely recommend!

  I found Bryce at Alpha Locksmith to be very professional, courteous and responsive. He came the same day when we needed our house locks re-keyed urgently. Bryce was also kind enough to make adjustments to an existing deadbolt without extra charge making our home safer. Will definitely be my first call the next time we need locksmith services. I would highly recommend!

  I chose to call Alpha Locksmith after reading the many positive reviews and was not disappointed. We had several European manufactured doors that needed re-keying after a home invasion. The cost and time to have the locks replaced would have been substantial, leaving us vulnerable and out of pocket. Bryce was able to track down the right parts and have them re-keyed the next day for a fraction of the cost. The lock cylinders were very difficult to remove and re-install but Bryce took his time coaxing them out and into place without damaging our doors or the locks. The job required two visits, much patience, and more time than expected, but Bryce honoured his quote and got the job done with the skill of a master (he even dug into his bag of tricks to find a special tool which he had all but given up on finding a use for!) A pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their craft and provides courteous and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Alpha Locksmith and will use their services in the future without hesitation.

  I called Bryce on the recommendation of my sister-in-law who has used his services a number of times now. He was able to come same day to unlock a deadbolt that was locked from the inside. It was unlocked so fast I could hardly believe it. He was very personable and professional. Thank you very much! I will most definitely refer to others.

  Bryce was amazing! I had an antique safe that many others said would be difficult to open, would have no guarantee of usage after opening, and would cost in the $1200 range. But Bryce was able to open it and the cost was less than half of that. Extremely prompt and professional service - highly highly recommend!
