  Amazing customer service. Bogdan was very thorough and explained everything perfectly and was very nice. My carpets smell amazing. The other guys who cleaned our ducts were very relaxed and patient when I realized I was given the wrong key to the house and couldn't get in on time. Highly recommended. :)

  Sept 2021 - We contacted Alberta Furnace Cleaning once again for our duct, dryer vent and furnace cleaning. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. Once again they wore covers over their shoes and used corner protectors on the walls so no damage was done in my house. We've always been satisfied with the work that is done and will definitely be using them again in the future.
  
  2018 - Very easy to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Mark and Ron arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. The work to be done was explained beforehand and I was happy to see that they wore covers over their shoes and used wall and floor protectors where needed. This was my second time using Alberta Furnace Cleaning for my ducts and furnace and I'll definitely be calling them next time I need the service.

  Equipment was new and well maintained. Staff were pleasant to deal with and explained what they were doing. They efficiently dealt with their business. Cleaned up after themselves. No concerns at all.

  I had a good visit! Used their service 2 years ago for furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Did a second cleaning with them just recently. Both times the men where very polite, informative and quick. I appreciate the call before hand to know when to expect them. Also during Covid they followed all appropriate health standards to make keep me and them safe. Thanks for a job well done!

  I had my ducts and vents cleaned in March 2021 and I was impressed by how thoughtful Richie was. As he cleaned the ducts, he made sure to not leave a mess when he went from room to room. When it came to the dryer duct, Richie even cleaned up the giant dust bunny that he pulled out, and this was outside! I would definitely be back for my next duct and vent cleaning with Alberta Furnace Cleaning! Thank you to both Xianglong and Richie!

  First time using Alberta Furnace cleaning. Started searching for a company on google, and they had a lot of positive reviews. So we decided to give them a call.
  Impressive ! A Very positive experience. Their customer service folks were very polite, professional and easy to deal with. The two technicians we got were also professional, respectful and very honest. They did a good job. We absolutely recommend this company. They treat their customers like familly.

  They came early and did an amazing job cleaning all of our vents, making our dryer vent clean as a whistle and making our home safe and clean again! I had my 10 month old at home at time and they were so kind about making sure he was okay with the noise. Cannot thank them enough for their work! Get your services done by them everytime!
