Talked over the phone about a repair issue for an Electrolux power head, and brought it into the shop (after driving 40km out of town). One thing they failed to mention that if it doesn't bear the special "Aerus" name on the machine, they WILL NOT touch it.

So I took it to Built-In Vaccum Service practically next door. Much friendlier staff, and was able to diagnose the problem in 2 minutes. They also aren't brand loyal.

Thanks for nothing Aerus.

I bought a vacuum hose and attachment kit through Pat & Bob. They were really helpful in identifying which kit I need to control the dog hair in my house. My favorite is the couch attachment that pulls all of the dog hair out of the fabric. I absolutely love my new vacuum set!
