  Worst rental company! Have been speaking to them all day about renting a car they were supposed to have ready the day before! They however decided to leave early even though they tell people that they are a 24hr business. They work closely with the body shop fixing our car but we're very rude when he called to ask them why no one was there. I spoke to them as well and they were the same. Owners Raj and Shawn don't know how to deal with customers or run a business. Unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time!

  I did have a car reserved as you were speaking to my father the entire day to set up a time for pick up. He informed you that I would be done work and at the body shop by 8:30. You told the body shop owner you left early because you were sick. Call a spade a spade. If professionalism is your priority you would have informed us that you had to leave early and we could have arranged a different pick up situation. Look at the rest of your reviews to learn how you can better improve your business.

  Worst service ever. Got a rental from them because the body shop recommended even though it was not a preferred shop from insurance. However, very unprofessional service. First of all they pre charged a large sum of money ..way above the negotiated rate by the insurance company. Also when it we tried to pay the correct amount and get the extra money back, they asked us to reschedule twice!! The person on the phone was like I have something important to do.. very unprofessional. Never recommending this place to anyone.

  I was warmly greeted upon arrival and the vehicle was clean and fully fueled. The young man that checked me in meticulously went over the car prior to my leaving to note any existing damage so I would not be held responsible for previous damage on my return. I returned on a holiday and though the office was closed Mr. Grewal the manager was there within minutes to check me in. He then drove me to my terminal. Very friendly people and a management that goes above and beyond.

  If u want u can check d recording. The representative said" return at 4 and of u ll be late drop d keys in mailbox. "
  Check d reciept and circled rates were miscellaneous. I even assked the representative about any charges. He said no.
  Also on saturday they said they ll refund. Today they said do whatever u can i am not gonna refund you.

  I rented a car on weekly rate. I asked for all the prices and conditions before renting it. I was tild that u have to return car before 4:00 pm. I reached there by 3:30 and i was charged for one extra day. They also charged 200 $ for micellaneous. They dint even return my 500$ deposit.
  And they are rude. So this was my experience.

  I went to pick up my rental at a company just across from Advance. It turned out the place I reserved a car ended up being a huge disappointment and expensive with all their hidden fees, I decided to check out the guys at Advance Car and Truck Rental. They ended up being one of the best places Ive ever rented a car from. When I had difficulty with my cards, they made it work for me. They were accommodating patient and kind, and the prices were reasonable. If anything they made the whole situation work in my favour and have to say pleasantly happy to say the least. The car was great too, brand new civic which was perfect clean and completely reliable. The guys at Advance are great and they will be my go-to for my next rental. Hands down.
