  Rainu is caring and professional. She runs her office well, and the people that work there are warm and inviting. I respect that Rainu has a high standard for cleanliness and ensures that her office is neat and hygienic. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good physiotherapist or acupuncturist!

  The staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating. Rainu always made me feel like I was one of her most important clients with her genuine warmth & compassion. She helped me considerably after suffering severe back & neck injuries from a MVA. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Thank you for all your help in my recovery Rainu!

  As a former acquired brain injury rehab therapist at March of Dimes Canada, I can say Rainu knows her stuff, I recently became a patient after an accident that involved me sustaining the following injuries: several road rashes across the elbow, and palm, soft tissue damage in my shoulder, elbow and wrist, loss of peripheral vision in the right eye, several cuts on my face, and a bruised nose, I went to someone else initially they said I should wait till my wounds were fully healed, before I start physio Problem that I had was that I needed to get back to work, Rainu agreed to start treating my shoulder till my wounds closed up fully, and its been several weeks now, I'm still in recovery from the accident but I'm slowly back to my old routine, working again and can use my arm again as I used to, if I were still in rehab therapy I would have referred patients to her as well

  Rainu makes you feel like you are her only patient! She is passionate about her work. She is also one of the kindest, most thoughtful persons I have ever met! She has come to the rescue of many of my family members and we have always received the very best care. Kudos also to all of her office staff who provide a helpful and pleasant atmosphere!

  Rainu is a very caring and empathetic physiotherapist. The modalities I received were excellent and I was given a series of exercises which were both effective and easy to encorporate into my daily routine. All the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

  Rainu is both caring and professional. The Graston technique she uses is helping me tremendously. Physiotherapy works if you follow the advice of a knowledgeable physiotherapist and do your "homework".
