  I got a quote for flooring from them. A store in Edmonton had the same product for a third of the price. When I asked Action if they could match the price they got angry and demanded to know who I got the quote from. They then said that they were going to call the supplier because the other store was selling it too cheaply. I asked if they still wanted to do the install and they refused. They have terrible customer service, I'd recommend avoiding Action.
