They have been in business for almost 3 decades for a reason. If you need to put together a rack server, there is no other choice in Vancouver. They are the professionals. They do offer pick up at the store or at their Richmond warehouse. Their web site is stuck in the 90s, but does what I need.

This is the place I go for the best price—when I already know exactly what I want, right down to the part number. If, on the other hand, I need friendly and knowledgeable staff to spend time helping me figure out what I need, I go somewhere—anywhere—else.

Terrible service. A lady who was supposed to be knowledgeable on upgrades gave me all kind of wrong information, which many of them I knew, on the spot, are wrong but at the end I gave up debating. Attitude 0/10, knowledge 0/10... stay away from them. (I can only imagine what they would do to less "savvy" people).

15% restocking fee for items returned. This fee applies even to those items already in store. Why? I will avoid in the future.

Zero customer service. Bought a thousand dollars graphic card from them, which broke in a week. No replacement, no help, just offered me to pay $45 to figure "what my problem was".

My first and last purchase from them. better pay little more to more reliable guys

Terrible. Return policy: NO RETURNS, stated plainly by cashier, after she took my credit card. (Except for factory defects.) I say cashier, because she has no more knowledge of any of the products than the exact text of their website. Couldn't even tell me over the phone what the model # was for a router... all she had to do was look on the bottom of one of the products, or look at the manual on top of it. Terrible service, partial language barrier, and not an iota of effort expended that doesn't involve taking your money. In a few cases, their prices are cheaper than NCIX, but it's so not worth it.

Horrible experience with them many years ago when I was a teenager and I went in myself and I put down a $400 cash deposit on a computer that was to be built by them. I lost the receipt and called them about it one week later to see if my computer was built. They pretended to not know who I was after I told them I lost the receipt and I don't know the invoice number even though I gave then my name, address and phone number too look it up. This really freaked me out since they were trying to take advantage of a teenager. I had given them my cash and I had no receipt to prove it. I had to bring in my dad to reason with them and they still pretended to not remember me. After looking really angry and arguing that they should at least have a record of my name, address and phone number somewhere, one lady finally felt guilty and admitted to remembering me and she ended up finding my invoice in the garbage. I feel the people working there can be really shady and I would never buy from them ever again. This sound really ridiculous but this really happened to me. They don't even deserve one star.
