Tired of the run around now. Going on a year and my trailer started rusting at 5 to 6 months. Been waiting that long and still no answer on if there is going to be a repair. Even the ma facturers are giving the runaround. Do not but from here and definitely do not buy a mirage or tnt trailer. attached photos to prove my review. totally unhappy with both customer service giving me the run around and blowing smoke up my ass. i use the trailer for work it is my business and i do not feel save even having it. now in the process to find another company to purchase from and dump this POS

In spring of 2015, I went in to discuss the purchase of a custom trailer. Glen was interested and was working with me, although it took awhile. I went in again and he said he was working on this.

However, when I asked for engineering certification for a trailer, due to the value of vehicles I was hauling, he simply never responded to me.

A simple I don't provide this service and you should look elsewhere' would suffice, but the poor manners to simply not respond, tell you that the vendor is still working on it, etc. if extremely poor service.

I would recommend purchasing a trailer elsewhere than this company.

On Oct 2, 2015 I had a written confirmation with Glen who is the owner/manager of the High River location for the sale of a dump trailer. After discussing the pick up location and payment instruction and requesting a bill of sale Glen went silent. 24 hours later I received an email from him that the trailer was sold to someone else and they had no more in stock. Hard to believe in the Alberta economy today that this is how you would conduct business. It appears that they received a better offer after Glen had agreed to the sale with myself. If your word is not worth much I would struggle to suggest anyone buy from this dealer. I have also filed complaint with the BBB. Owner has threaten to sue me for defamation for posting this review and filing complaint with BBB. I would avoid all transactions with this business.
